Our Story
Shaping Character Since Day One
Troop 87 is a proud unit of Scouting America, chartered by the Rotary Club of Southside Corpus Christi and hosted by Community of Faith Baptist Church at 6606 Weber Rd.
We meet every Monday night from 7:00 to 8:30 PM (except holidays) in the Scout Hut in the Community of Faith lobby. Our trained adult leaders focus on the outdoors and community service — we camp at least once a month — and our scouts advance through the ranks at their own pace.

Philmont, Sea Base, Northern Tier and the Summit Bechtel Reserve — our older scouts take on the challenges that define the pinnacle of Scouting. Follow Crew 613-9E on the road to Philmont.
